Why did I turn to coaching?

Have you ever been in a real crisis? Overwhelmed by life in general and in specifics?

I have! Life turned upside down. It was then , when I first came in contact with NLP. I trained  in NLP and the first , most important realization for me – I decide about which thoughts I nourish, am  the one determining my approach to the future. ” Who is driving the bus?”. This awareness gave me the strength to start out anew. And while continuing my work in Medicine in locum positions with constantly changing settings, I continued my coaching education deepening and constantly adding new skills, and coached where coaching was helpful in the ongoing years and experienced joy and satisfaction for myself.

Now life requires again a change, and I am looking forward to my life in this new position as coach supporting people to create the environment they wish for themselves.

To live and work in an emotionally healthy environment, where individuals are seen, respected and cherished for their unique abilities and preference, everyone given the responsibilities and opportunities best suited to them irrespective of age and sex, ensuring a safe atmosphere, the wisdom of age honored and respected, the young encouraged to explore the new..

I still do work on a regular basis with my coach. I am grateful for her support which helped me to overcome the challenges that life had and probably will have in store for me. She helps me to stay focused and positive. Thank you , C..
